After many years of working with Real Patisserie in Brighton, I was asked to help rebrand the Kemp Town branch after they made the decision to become an independent shop. Their aim is to focus its creativity further on wider European influences as well as expanding its baking and cookery classes. They are called Open Bakery because that’s what they are. The kitchens are open to view and the recipe ingredients are on display in the shop. They are open with everything because they are proud of the food they make and the way they make it. It was a pleasure to work with and help them with this next stage of their journey.
