Open House exhibition

artwork for Open House

I’m very pleased to announce that for the second year running I’m taking part, and hosting, an Artists Open House in Hove. I’ve taken a new direction this year and will be showing quirky, witty graphic prints and books. I’ve also thought it a good idea to do potato prints using Farrow & Ball paint… take a sneak peek at my designs here. In total there are nine artists showing their work and designs including brilliant jewellery from Rockcakes, inspired photography from Alex Bamford, super cool gaffer tape artwork from Chris Harrison and beautiful flower photography from Kate Benjamin.

You’ll find us at 21A Brunswick Square in Hove, and we’re open every weekend in May from 11am to 6pm. We’re part of the Brunswick Town trail, so there are lots of other houses you can visit nearby… as well as the Regency Town House just a few doors away. And if you need to keep your energy up you can eat delicious cakes in our sunny (fingers crossed) sculpture-filled courtyard.

We have a tumblr site with some more info about our artists, and the main AOH website has info on all the other participants.

There’s no obligation to buy, and at the very least you get to have  a nosy around our house. Last year we had over 2600 visitors over the four weekends, so come and help us make this year even busier!
