Inspired by seeing the work of Lucinda Rogers (see previous) post I took to drawing classic views and aspects of St Ives in a more inky style. I like setting myself mini projects like this, I enjoy the focus it gives me. I’m very lucky to have family in St Ives and to be able to visit a few times each year. After thorough research (someone has to do it) I can advise that the best pasties are from S H Ferrell & Son on Fore Street. You don’t have to take my (or the seagull’s) word for it, they were crowned 2017s best pasty makers in a poll by MyCornwall. Enjoy!
