Last autumn me and Mr Stoats enjoyed a fabulous road trip around (mostly) the Highlands of Scotland. It rained SO hard. It was raining so hard one day that when it reduced to regular heavy rain we reclassified it as ‘not raining’ and got out of the car! We didn’t care though, it just made the landscape look more mysterious. Highlights were Glen Etive, Glen Coe, Glen Shiel (up the Glens!) and the Isle of Skye. It was pretty much all beautiful though. I just wish Scotland wasn’t so far away from Brighton, sniff. I took my iPad Pro with me and entertained myself in the evenings by creating illustrations on top of photos I’d taken during the day.
